Location not far from the Coast to Coast cycle route, Consett and the restaurant. Also, in the area working. Quick check-in, good-sized and huge rooms by the bedroom.

The deluxe queen room was reasonably large with a comfy bed. the hotel is in an amazing and brilliant location right next to a tranquil valley. - Ducks roam freely in the picturesque area surrounding the hotel. - There is a good restaurant and pub nearby.

We all had a VERY RELAXING stay in this fantastic hotel. the deluxe queen room was reasonably large and absolutely gorgeous, with a fireplace, central heating, and an iron. 3. the location of the venue was secluded, just next door to a restaurant and bar, both Beamish Museum, and a tranquil valley. 4. It also was in the conservatory overlooking the mill.

This hotel is a gem! the value for money is unbeatable. Prices are incredibly reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail throughout the hotel. The location is simply idyllic, nestled in a peaceful area with a charming stream just outside. The staff here are exceptional, providing top-notch service from start to finish. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with all the basic amenities you could need. I particularly loved the spaciousness of my room, along with the updated bathroom and the extra touch of a comfy bed.
Luckily, I had a fantastic stay and couldn't fault a thing!

We stayed in a room in the old wing of this country hotel. the decor was traditional and we loved the exposed beams. the bathroom lacked modern facilities but was clean and functional. the location is picturesque, with a stream outside and beautiful views from the conservatory. We enjoyed a peaceful weekend in March with plenty of countryside walks to take in.
The breakfast. Compared to the great dinner we had the previous night, the breakfast lacked variety and flavour.
